Dr. Arrington’s husband, Lake, is a Texas Panhandle native who manages his family’s cattle ranch, and serves as one of Gray County's County Commissioners. Together they have three children. Their oldest, Evelyn Grace, loves dance and gymnastics, while their middle son Tripp is an outdoor enthusiast. Their youngest boy J.R. is the toughest of the bunch and loves all animals! Lastly are the pets: a dog named Milly, a cat named Kitty Cat, and a bunny named Peter. As for personal hobbies, Dr. Arrington enjoys traveling, honing her green thumb, being outdoors, skiing, fishing, reading, and dancing – her favorite is the two-step.
Dr. Arrington is also a proud member of many local organizations! In addition to the Spear study club, she Is part of a 21st century forum women’s study club and serves on several boards, including CASA of the high plains, OUCOD’s J. Dean Robertson’s board, Pampa’s Economic Development Corp, and ST. Matthew’s Day School. She regularly volunteers at Mission of Mercy and is a proud member of Pampa’s First United Methodist Church.
